An European infrastructure that transforms wearable biosignals into a federated network of digital biosensors for real-time epidemic forecasting across multiple pilot sites.
Our role: Co-lead of the AI Core work package. Designed the spatio-temporal graph neural network framework, federated learning architecture, training data strategy, reverse inference concept, and citizen engagement approach.
Climate-Health Preparedness System
An integrated climate-health preparedness system for cholera and Rift Valley fever, embedded in primary health care and One Health governance across four sub-Saharan African countries.
Our role: AI strategy partner. Designed the analytical framework for multisectoral risk modelling, decision-support architecture, and model governance including explainability, uncertainty quantification, and performance monitoring.
Wearable-Based Digital Biomarkers for Rare Disease
A proof-of-concept programme for early detection and characterization of paroxysmal attacks in a rare neurological condition, using continuous multimodal wearable monitoring.
Our role: Implementation Partner. Conceived the biomarker strategy, designed the study protocol, coordinated clinical workflow, co-developed analytical pipelines with the research partner.

Strategic communication, dissemination, exploitation, and patient outreach for a EU-funded translational health research programme.
